Kaenon offers replacement lenses on select styles. We guarantee our SR-91 lenses for life against cracked and split lenses at drill-mounts or delamination of the inner polarizing film and lens material. Our lifetime warranty excludes the outer lens coatings. Our warranty explicitly excludes product altered after purchase, damage from normal wear and tear, improper or unreasonable use, and scratched lenses.
If your warranty is valid, we will replace it with a new pair. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a repair service.
We will need a few details to get your warranty processed:
1. Order number if ordered from our website
2. Style name and color
3. Lens tint
4. Photo of the defect
5. Proof of Purchase (if available)
6. Shipping Address
Once we have received a response with the above information we will begin to process your warranty claim. We appreciate your patience during this process.
